Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 55g maple syrup (for natural sweetness)

  • 65g Cafetria’s creamy peanut butter

  • 30g flour (any kind works—feel free to go gluten-free!)

  • A pinch of salt (to balance the flavors)

  • A handful of chocolate chips (or more, we won’t judge!)

Method:

Preheat your oven to 175°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine maple syrup, peanut butter, flour, and a pinch of salt. Stir until you have a thick, sticky dough.
Fold in the chocolate chips, letting as many as possible sneak into the mix.
Scoop small spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared tray, spacing them slightly apart.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until lightly golden and your kitchen smells heavenly.
Let them cool (if you can resist!) and enjoy these chewy, chocolatey bites of bliss.

So cool, quite easy to make. Love cafetria nut butters as well.
